Are there any no-contact options for checking out materials other than curbside pickup? Yes! Self-checkout is available by downloading our brand new MeeScan app on your iPhone or Android smartphone or visiting the self-service MeeScan kiosk in the library. Simply borrow items by scanning their barcode with your phone's camera or the camera on the kiosk, and a receipt will be emailed or texted to you. MeeScan is available across BCCLS libraries, but items may only be checked out within the physical library building. Click here to view our tutorial on installing and using the app on iOS devices. Will the library still offer programs? All in-person programming is suspended until further notice. However, we offer a variety of free virtual and take-home programs for all age groups.
