The Youth Services Librarian oversees and administers the daily operations of the library's Children's and Young Adult departments. An MLIS from an ALA-accredited program is preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates currently enrolled in library school.
Cultivating an environment that welcomes and engages children, teens, and caregivers

Full-time employees are required to work 35 hours/week, including occasional evenings and one Saturday per month. Salary meets the NJLA minimum for candidates with an MLIS or equivalent. Per the New Jersey First Act, candidates must have established NJ residency within one year of hire.
