Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library is governed by a Board of Trustees, members are appointed to staggered five-year terms by the Mayor of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus.

​The role of the Library Board is to support the growth of the library's services, oversee efficient and effective spending of funds, obey library laws, state laws, and federal laws, hire and evaluate the library's director, review and build policies and procedures, devise a strategic plan, and analyze and respond to community needs.

Board Meetings

​Meetings are generally held on the third Monday of the month at 6:30pm in the library, with a hiatus in July and August. Meetings are held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
