We have come a long way since 1924, when the Women's Club pushed forward an initiative to start the Ho-Ho-Kus Free Public Library association. The original home for the library was a little room in Borough Hall that held an unused jail cell for “female malefactors.”
In various locations and forms, the library has been a resource for generations of Ho-Ho-Kus residents for almost 100 years. Your generosity can ensure that we continue to provide valuable experiences to current community members and those of the future. Our library is proud to be part of your story. |
